- I'm having the same issue, but uninstalling and reinstalling the game had no effect. The result is still the same. The game refuses to load.
- "Your other device didn't save your Springfield. Please sign into that device before playing."

Just ignore this, usually it will just load the game! i dont know why it does this- The problem is, when I click continue, the game just closes. I can't get in. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Sounds like this a common, unfortunately, unsolvable, problem. Not good. I liked this game.

Yes. Same result as before, except I receive the new error message. I've uninstalled/reinstalled several times. Same result each time. Such a shame. I enjoyed this game. I've received that error before, but it's never booted me from the game. It's pretty repeatable too. It does it every time. I've done some searching, and it sounds like this is common. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any other resolution other than to wait it out. Regardless, thanks for all of your help!mikemarcoux wrote:

Have you tried restarting your device? Also if you have tried to hack the game in any way, try removing or undoing what you did!shanerobson wrote:

Yes. Even a hard restart. At this point, I almost wish I had done some modding, as at least then I would have some sort of explanation or reason, but I've never done any of that. It's just so odd. I've run into issues before, but nothing that was so insurmountable as this one is. It's perplexing to say the least.
