Hardly anyone goes to the right section, so this is likely the best choice. I'd recommend uninstalling the game and reinstalling it via the App Store. Post your device model, iOS version, and what method you are connecting On (cellular or wifi).
Most like corrupt game files. You can fully quit the app (double tap home button, hold app until red x comes up, and press red x) and relaunch to maybe get some love, but I'd bet you have to redownload all the content files to get it happy.
