Game crashes

Question

Sims 4 ,since the 24th July,&nbsp; after update and downloading Lovestruck my game crashes and will not reload,&nbsp; keep getting the game failed to load&nbsp; error code 123:ca87cde3:9334dda9 . It is recommended that you relaunch the game , ive done that several times ,restarted the computer, I've cleared the cash, no mods, will have to come out of the game ,turn off the computer and wait before I restart,&nbsp; I'm currently playing Discover University . Can anyone please help .
