Kwik-E-Mart tasks missing
It's possible that you sold the original Kwick-e-mart. As the extra Kwick's are identical except in the price, you cannot tell.
This is most likely the reason why 'all American Apu' has lost his quest.
As long as you have a Kwick e mart in your Springfield or one in storage you will never be able to purchase the original again.
You will have to sell all your Kwick-e-mart(s) to trigger the original to be purchased again, the saving grace about this, is that the original is much cheaper to purchase than the extras.
