maggie donut game bug

I don't have any problems with this mini-game either on android device or iphone. Tap the building NOT Maggie. My only complaint is that I lose my daily revenue if I don't hit the three donuts box first or second time around but thats just me being greedy :twisted:

looks like the solution is tapping the building. and make sure you tap the base of the building; tap it where you would if you were going to move it. thanks to everyone who responded. :)

I have had the same problem since the recent download a few days ago. It is very frustrating. I wish they would fix it nothing like a game that cheats!

Also, there is a trick to stop the game and reset it if you can't find Maggie or get a hit. But you have to do this before the two minutes expire. On the iPhone, hit the control button twice and then swipe the TSTO window upward to cancel the program off your iPhone. Then simply restart the game, wait a couple of minutes, and the Playdough factory will give you an opportunity to restart a fresh game.

I didn't even know that. That's some important info.

I was getting frustrated with this too. Hard enough finding her if you play without sound but then you tap on her but nothing happened.

I have discovered that you don't tap on Maggie but on the BUILDING. This seems to work. Have managed to find her in time the last three days and got my first lot of doughnuts.
in other words tap the building and not Maggie.

I have been hitting Maggie on my first tap for my last 10 or 20 hunts! (Prior to this I had no luck at all.)

In all my hunts, she is always among the huge array of blue houses that are all placed exactly next to one another. If she is placed differently for you, you might need to adjust. When I find her, I zoom up the screen to a spot below Maggie by about the height of a blue house, and just a tiny bit to the right. I tap there.

I am still finding finding Maggie very difficult. I believe you get sound to help but I keep my iPad permanently on silent to not disturb the family as I would have to have the volume up full to hear anything at all as I am very hard of hearing. We need something for the hard of hearing. Perhaps a brightening of the screen or something?

I have only managed to find her 5 times since it started.

Anyone else in the same boat? (And I know you have to tap the building but she is so small)

Try zooming in on Maggie and tap the building, not Maggie, and it should work.

I had the same issue and that resolved it.

That is exactly correct. This game should not be called "find Maggie" but "find the building Maggie is on".

Also, look for Maggie in the most-densely populated building areas of your game. I have a white-house farm and Maggie always goes there. She never goes anywhere else. Friend me if you would like to see it.
