Mops and Spray cans

My Righteousness dropped down to 1 almost overnight, and and I agree- there seems to be very few opportunities to clean up or vandalize. Of the 30 or so Springfields I visit, I think only one has had a mop available. I haven't seen ANY spray cans since Vday started.
