New purchase disappear

Just had this problem today. Bought Frink's Lab, donuts were deducted, sent Frink on his first 24 hour task, lab then promptly disappeared. Has your issue been solved yet? Anyone know what to do, besides contacting EA, shutting the game down, logging in again, etc? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Restarting or reinstalling the game might work but probably not.
Contacting EA is your best chance. They will get your donuts back, but it will take them a while.
I'm 22 donuts short and has been waiting 3 weeks for a reply... Usualyy it takes about 10 days but as of now it seems to take forever.

Thanks for the reply! I'm sure it takes longer now because they have the problem quite often but refuse to fix it, so there are more cases.
Have you emailed them, and are still waiting for an answer, or actually got an answer from them and are just waiting for the donuts to be put back in your game?
