XP not accumulating?

It's so annoying to have such a bug

Happening to me too. I'm stuck on the same number. When I leave the game My xp disappears

I just sent a message to a support advisor... Will see the answer

Im stuck on 119,000 + since the update
And I usually average about 15 to 20,000 xp a day!!!
... I have a ton of pics on my phone, if needed.

Same for me just resets to about 1200 or so,I've lost at least 60000 since the update. Alex who is the "Advisor" you speak of?
