Bad sluggish online character movement, desync?.

Not long since started playing UFC 5 but have noticed when playing online against other players my character seems to be really slow and keep getting momentary freezes in matches, I seem to take ridiculous damage from shots I don't even see rendered on screen and it's so sluggish to play. 

My internet is fine I have 1 gig speeds, NAT is open no issues with Xbox multiplayer and speed test etc. seems to be the players I am fighting against or net code issues.

Is there anything I can do to improve this or is there a fix coming for players that abuse net code, it's kinda like bad desync etc.
