Dan hooker alter ego still not fixed

I mean guys.. seriously, I reported this over a week ago and I’ve talked to 3 different advisors in live chat saying it’s a bug that the Dan Hooker alter ego is not in the store. If that’s the case, why haven’t they fixed the bug yet? It’s a simple bug of an alter ego not being in the store and it’s been over a week and this bug has still got you guys by the balls? Some of the most un intelligent group of developers of any game.
