Why is they have a Dan hooker alter ego in the game, yet it’s unavailable for purchase? I mean I went up and down the store for like 20 minutes thinking I was blind or something.. but nope! You cannot buy the Dan Hooker alter ego.. it’s only to look at when selecting characters, not to use?
For the passed 4 days in a row I’ve contacted ea support via email and live chat with and advisor several times about the Dan Hooker alter ego not being in the store despite having an alter ego in the game.. they told me it’s a bug on live chat 4 days ago so I’ve reported it everyday and they still fail to do anything about it.. this game totally deserves all the hate and backlash it receives.
This is not my first day but rather my 5th day of trying to get them to get the Dan holler alter ego bug fixed as it’s not in the store.. I’ve been talking in live chat with advisors they said it was a bug and it will be fixed soon.. THIS WAS 5 DAYS AGO.
