Hope your day is well, let me tell you ,i was going through the same exact frustrations brother . The one thing I can suggest that eventually for some reason worked is to do exactly what you did here and reach out with questions like this here , i could not get a direct answer to this virtual currency thing ,other then the emails of confirmation etc.  What i did was went to obviously EA help yad di da da lol, created a question like you did as well !!!!! Make sure for the heck of it ,you have registered an account with EA SPORTS AND PLAYSTATION along with account info etc needed for the different processes ,   Also send Emails stating what it is you are getting nowhere with !!!!!!! Send a couple of them just incase . Then I Would say, (at least  on our end ) WAIT or just go into your mind and say F ***Whatever this is bullS* LMAO .Then litterall the next day magically you will have your Virtual Bank account you been trying to achieve the last 3 weeks..Thats what eventually went through for myself,   HURRY UP AND WAIT!!!!  Hope it all eventually works out,,,,, PLEASE let me know if this actually works or what process it took for you ,,,,,  Shane
