 Account status: Level double 99 (max prestige), hundreds of hours played, regular store customer.
New issue (camera-lock bug)
When searching or finishing an Online Career fight, the camera locks on a black/grey background.

The only exit is to abandon the match → the game records it as a loss.

No XP or Evolution Points are granted; division rank drops.

A paid 2-hour XP Boost (purchased 30 July) is consumed while I earn nothing.

This is the second critical bug in 48 hours—after the missing Evolution Points issue (cases above).

Real damage to the player
Lost a title fight I actually won in R3 (video #1) → belt gone, record shows a loss.

Lost XP, Evolution Points, and the bonus XP from the active Boost.

Lost the Boost item itself and the real money/coins used to buy it.

Lost division points and momentum to keep defending the title.

Lost several hours recording evidence, opening tickets, and writing follow-ups instead of playing.

What I’m requesting
Escalate the bug to the dev team and confirm investigation status.

Reimburse the consumed Boost (or equivalent coins) and restore lost XP/EP or provide an appropriate goodwill package.
Give a clear timeline so players know when Online Career is stable again.

Something different from your last answer "I completely understand that this was not the resolution you've been hoping for but trust me, if this was possible, we would've fulfilled your request without any hesitation. But unfortunately, we just don't have the option to added Evolution Points (EP) and Experience Points (XP) from our end.

I’m a loyal fan who loves UFC 5, but two game-breaking bugs in two days—both tied to paid consumables—are unacceptable. I appreciate your prompt help and a concrete solution.

Sadly, nothing will change with the glitch cheaters. Best thing to do is remember their names and quickly bail if you see them.

Sadly, even with high speed internet, I always seem to end  up in the blue corner against players whose obnoxious styles are based around exploits.

Sadly, the franchise has been at a point where it just doesn't care. Look at the YouTube community from ufc 3 and look at it now.  80% or more of the creators from that time quit the franchise entirely.  There was genuine interest and hype back then. The view counts don't lie. 

Ranked mma and online career have their own glaring issues -- after the first week of a season it just becomes a frustrating cycle of running into the same few people, the same  horrible yet rewarded meta, the screen glitch cheaters... on and on. I proudly have never played stand and bang because... well, I can't say why because my reasoning likely violates ToS. 

Bottom line- I love MMA and the game can be fun when you luckily get matched up with a player who is also a fan of the sport but that seems to be a rare thing lately. 

This happens ALL THE TIME! Im currently experiencing it as im typing this. Im on a granite loading screen before the match ever even started. Players keep abusing this during online career (CAF). Im normally somewhere between division 19-20. The players i typically notice abusing this "glitch" are low(er) ranked somewhere around division 14-16. My player name on ps5 is "inkdown187" the user/player/abuser in this particular event is "N0_protect10n"  who is most likely somewhere between division 14-16 (CAF) online career. For players who actually enjoy playing the game as intended. This can be a major setback.  Potentially enough to discourage players from playing in this mode which is NOT what the creators intended. This bug/glitch has been exploited & should have been resolved many (patches) ago. As someone who is dedicated to this game i encourage EA Sports to take immediate action in correcting this issue! Quit acting like it doesn't exist or is just a minor issue & FIX IT! Ill make sure to do my due diligence and continue to run this up the ladder til then!

I'm not sure if it's intentional but I have the same happening to me in this tournament... (Playstation)

This is still under investigation and not something I'd expected to see resolved with the last update, but thanks for confirming you're still seeing that going on.

EA_Mako​ -- It seems to still be happening frequently in online career. A person who used that DNF win glitch several times against me last season is near the top of the leader boards once again this season. 

If it happens once, it could be a freak occurrence but if a person does it multiple times... 

On Ranked MMA, I haven't encounteted it yet but I imagine it can be done.

Patch 1.23 will be going live tomorrow. Just updated the patch timing there, but it sounds like you've seen the rest of the update in the article itself.

That may help address one particular cause for some DNF results, but this particular issue is still under investigation. Definitely let us know if it seems to have improved after tomorrow's patch, but I wouldn't yet expect it to be fully resolved.
