Kicking opponents that are getting up while blocking

From my understanding, they were supposed to patch the glitch where people would either trip you with a strike, or knock you down, and then kick you on the way up and go right through your block, even if it shows the blocking animation and you did everything right. It seems to always result in a stun or knockdown too, your player gets up and does the animation like he is going to block, and then if they time the kick correctly, it goes right through the block and stuns you. Anybody else still experiencing this? Its one of the cheapest ways to get wins.
