Longevity is to punishing

Some people like me are mad because there isnt no option to turn off or on the longevity, if you dont listen to us, the game will be abandoned from a lot of player, this game is really good, but this mechanic is the most frustant, its realistic but it will be good to offer different opportunities between players, hope you answer.
