There is no way of contacting EA support about this. Most of the times they dont respond to emails. I just received an email from them with the suggestion of "restoring my PC and that would probably fix it", even though I am on an Xbox. I replied to the email with a proof of purchase, as requested and then got an auto reply saying "We no longer monitor this email address and want to make sure you get the help you need."
The chat function doesn't exist any longer. All phone numbers are offline. In this thread they simply stopped answering. There is no way of contacting them at all at this point. We, as consumers are simply left with a broken game and no answers. And they are still selling this game to the public without informing them that this, in fact, is a broken product that doesn't deliver what it promises.
They are fully ignoring their costumers. Honestly I have never been treated this bad by any costumer service in my life.
@EA_Mako Would you PLEASE answer the people that have spent money buying your broken game that you continue to sell, or is that too much to ask??!! At this point even an answer like "we know about it but we simply dont have any plans of ever fixing it" would be better than this silence from your end.
