UFC 5 – Bought Ultimate Edition but can’t play

I bought the Ultimate Edition, but the game says I need to purchase it again. Tried everything, still locked. No help from support so far. Please fix this ASAP.

I’ve division 17 in ranked, but I’m not getting the rewards for it, I haven’t gotten the badge for my player card, in the challenges tab it still says that division 16 is the highest I’ve hit
