If anyone knows how to get the epic KO accolade/badge for your profile please let me know the challenge states get 100 KO in ranked championships and I have done well over 100 and still have not unlocked it. What is going on!!!
I Understand that was my fault for mentioning online career modes instead of other modes, and for not focusing on the exact badge you were enquiring about.
If you have reached 100 KOs and the Epic KO Accolade still hasn't unlocked, you are likely encountering a known tracking issue in UFC 5. Here is what is likely going on and how to address it:
Mode Mismatch: Accolades for 'Ranked Championships' are strictly tracked in the standard Ranked Online mode. KOs earned in Online Career, Quick Match, or Stand and Bang (even if played in its own ranked mode) typically do not count toward this specific challenge.
Tracking Delay & Bugs: There are widespread reports of Accolades (like the 1,000-fight or Division 20 badges) failing to unlock immediately or getting 'stuck.' Progress bars in the challenges menu may lag behind your actual career stats.
Opponent Quits: In many cases, if an opponent quits after being knocked down but before the official KO animation and referee stoppage finishes, the win may count for your record, but the KO stat for the Accolade might not register.
How to Fix It:
Check the Progress Bar: Go to the Challenges menu rather than just your 'Fight History' to see the official counter for that specific Accolade.
Restart the game: Sometimes the server needs a 'refresh' to push the unlock. Completely close and restart the game to see if the badge appears in your inventory.
Manual Unlock: For some accolades, you must manually 'claim' the reward in the Challenges or Punch Card menu before it becomes available in the 'Customize Player Card' section.

I’m not talking about online career mode bro I’m talking about the epic KO badge if you don’t have the badge you go to it and the challenge clearly states to get 100 KOs in ranked championships I have done well over that in ranked championships and still have not got the badge
Different online career modes can give different accolades/badges. For example online carrer mode you dont get the rank badges. So I'm guessing it will be something like that. Better question would be "Why different online modes provide certain accolades/badges and others don't"
