@jonathanalex594 I called PlayStation already , they told me they can’t fix these kind of issues. Only EA can fix this problem. EA support are not providing me with an explanation of the problem nor any solutions so far. They keep telling me to contact the retailer.
@ahmedamh I have same problem with Xbox. EA support doesn't help and sent me to Microsoft. Microsoft confirms that I bought the game and sent me to EA because EA should delivier the content. EA only says we can't confirm your Purchase.
