Why are we forced to play people with extremely bad connections?

Previously we had the option to exit a match. (Edit- apparently there is no consistency when possible)

On top of other issues with this game (after excitingly waiting so many years for), this just makes me want to stop playing.  Input lag is already ridiculous, but on top of that being forced to playing against someone with an extremely high ping is just too much.

Rant coming up.

    @Afrikanxl I've noticed when I take some people down and block a few transitions, something happens where an extreme lag will kick in. My Internet is 1.5 gbps and I'm wired in. It's crazy tbh, this and getting matched against someone presumably on their parents/neighbors wifi four rooms over trying to play knowing they have extreme lag. Also a lot of times ping will look normal then boom super lag the whole fight. I wish their was a clear remedy...
