Inaccurate Fighter stats

It feels like the stats were made by people who don’t watch the UFC. Why does Charles have worse takedowns than Sean Strickland? Why is his bottom control worse than Khabib? His grappling isn’t even five stars anymore? Why is Diego Lopes’ chin worse than guys like Volk, who gets dropped every fight?

Well known fighters like Conor and Khabib have their stats boosted like crazy in ways that aren’t even authentic to their primes, while modern fighters like Charles and Paddy and Diego and others have been nerfed into irrelevance.

as a whole, the stats feel very inaccurate and the game would be much better if you used everyone’s current active stats in UFC 5, those are far more realistic. Right now it feels like EA wants the game to be like mortal kombat where everyone is a similar skill level, but that’s just not realistic. We want realistic simulated sports, not Mortal Kombat.

  • Among all the feedback EA is getting, these stats and the flow state visuals are the only ones that can be fixed almost immediately. Just make the stats realistic like UFC 5, and give us an option to toggle flow state visuals the same way we can toggle rocked moment visuals.
