I’ve been trying to use the Game Face website for the last couple of days, in order to create a fighter in UFC 3. The website’s uploader is not working; whenever I try to upload an image, it displays the loading wheel for about a second and then does nothing. The image doesn’t work, and I can’t progress through the website. Please fix this if possible.

@EA_Blueberry Many users have complained. Also, if this issue is due to cracking by someone else, it would have a tremendous impact on privacy violations since this site is for uploading personal photos. We would be happy if you could inform your development team and set this as a high priority task.

anyone worked it? I reported about step3 two times and they turned to "fixed", but it still isn't working. I'd like you guys to report this problem if you can.

It has to be the server, but whenever anyone asks about it they ask which game we're trying to use it on, or pull up solutions which depend on the issues being related to your browser instead of the website itself. If you're not going to check whether there's an issue with the Gameface server, even after we've let you know that nobody can get it to work, why bother responding?Maybe I'm sounding aggressive here, but I've been making created fighters for a long time and use the website constantly. I used it one day, went to the website about 2 hours later to make a new one, and it's been broken since. It's frustrating asking EA support about the issue for 3 weeks now, on multiple platforms, and getting no change in Gameface's functionality.

ok... I finally reported this bug in help.ea.com. i dont know they'll start to fix it, but we did everything we could. Let's keep an eye on developments.

If that doesn't get the site fixed there's no hope. Smfh

No; the problem is with Step 2. After choosing the gender, the image uploader itself doesn't work. It gives a short loading wheel and then does nothing. Hope this helps you solve the issue. ( - OP's alt)

If you hold CTRL on the keyboard and zoom in and out with the mouse wheel does that help? We've seen that work for those experiencing trouble with the site.

CTRL/zoom doesn't seem to do anything.

There are some additional troubleshooting steps found in this post I recommend working through. It's hard to determine a concrete fix as players are using different PC builds, Windows versions, browsers, browser versions, and so forth. I'm heading out for the day and will check back in tomorrow. Hope the solutions in this thread works!

It has been in the same condition as you and others for about a week.
I think there is a problem with the Gameface website.
