I have the same issue and there is no way known to me to just contact an advisor who offers real help. Pleas ea just contact me via email i can answear any question you want.

I did everything u said and the 2. Time i got an awesome advisor Himanshu he repaired everything what i have broken with my email.
Now im online again and can play.

I have caused.
I opened yet another case all this feels so weird. Why cant somebody just give me a number that i can call. Not to mention the advisor was bad as . Telling me that she cant verify me, but cant tell me why not even though i gave her all the Informations she asked for and suddenly closing the chat on me because it was all to much for her. She only gave me excuses but couldnt answer a single question. Whats wrong with ea it has been a month now. They still sending a code to an email that doesnt exist anymore. I cant even change my email it should be an easy process to do that but why is ea making it so complicated wtf

I talked to an advisor and they still couldnt verify me and i asked why and they didnt answered. I asked for a number and they closed the chat its * ridiculous why do i payed all that money.

Once again, you need to create a new case. Your cases are currently not being investigated. Just make a new one from the link I specified and an advisor should respond. Once created, do not touch it. Do not resume it. Do not add any further details. Resuming your case is causing a delay.
@EA_AljoYou are always giving me the link to that headache page that doesnt even help in my case. Since a month I'm stucked on that page and it didnt even helped me at all.

Cant you give me a Telephone number or something just to call someone and find a sollution instead of waiting for answer from someone I dont even know if they gooing to answer me or not.
