Re: Game Face Marker Error

Sorry not sure I understand.

I've signed in using the only origin account I have. It's not trying to link to anything so can't see how there would be 2 accounts involved, or am I missing something?

  • having clicked on the link think you are talking about importing the GF but the website will not create the GF in the first place so havn't got to the importing bit yet.

    Just trying to help ensure you are not seeing an account based issue.

    Make sure your images meet the following requirements:

    • Minimum size: 480 by 480 px
    • Maximum size: 4096 by 4096 px
    • Format: JPEG or PNG
    • Maximum file size: 10 MB

    Yeah double checked against them and both images are with in the parameters? 

  • Is there anything else it could be causing the problem?

    Apologies, we had a long weekend here. Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and retry. If it still fails, can you try another browser?

    Hi, clearing cache and cookies and hasn't made a different.

    Tried internet explorer as alternative browser and can't get past step 3 with no error message just doesn't give option to press 'next' button.

    Sorry to keep bothering but is there anything else it could be?

    I'm running out of ideas, maybe try taking the pictures with a different camera?

    There could be a device specific/image format issue.
