I Resolved the issue it was the isp. I called at&t uverse and they replaced the modem gateway/Router..... ISSUE RESOLVED
- It's not the ISPs fault everything worked fine up until a couple weeks ago. It's also not the ISPs fault that other game developers have had zero issues with this. This is an EA issue that they try to pass off as an ISP issue. If every other developer can make these setups work than so can EA.

Yup that "fix" did absolutely nothing for me. If it was still easy to sue you I would have done so ages ago. This is sickening.

Exactly. It's funny because other EA titles from different branches work fine (Titanfall, Battlefield 4 surprisingly), it's just EA Sports (FIFA, Madden, EA Sports UFC) messing up. I have had absolutely zero issues with every other game from every other developer. But supposedly it's our ISP's fault. Screw you EA and fix your damn servers.
Titanfall is hosted by Microsoft which is why it works. Not sure about Battlefield. Something changed between the connection with certain routers (note not ISPs as if I directly wire to modem it works) and the servers. Maybe the conenction is getting flagged as malicious or something. Don't know and honestly I don't get paid to toruble shoot this stuff EA does.

Recently I have been unable to connect to an online match in both Fifa 14 and UFC for the xboxone. Ive got AT&T as an ISP with an NVG589 motorola modem. I have never had an issue in the past getting connected until now. This has become incredibliy frustrating. Ive tried every trick in the book including hard resets, speaking to AT&T/Xbox support and EA with no resolution. I have already pre ordered madden and Im worried that might not work too. There has to be a fix for this right?
- I just disabled ipv6 on my router and all ea games started working. Don't know if it is only a temporary fix but worth a try.

PROBLEM SOLVED FOR ME - I have ATT U-Verse and had an NVG589 gateway. A couple of months ago when a tech was out here to fix a line issue, he gave me this gateway and I told him I had done research on it and was very unhappy that he was installing this gateway because it was not gaming friendly for multiple consoles and I wished to keep my 3801HVG gateway, so he gave me a brand new 3801HVG "in case something went wrong". Well I cannot believe I didnt think about swapping out my gateway sooner. Tonight my brother and I swapped out the NVG589 back to the new 3801HVG and the games work again. Set up bridge mode and my router and things still work with open NATs on both consoles. Who knows what the new update did, but it made that particular gateway incompatible with EA sports games and the internet connection is ever faster now.
- Anonymous12 years ago**bleep** EA I still car connect and yes b4 you give me stupid reboot instructions I have already tried them I have opened all ports u recommend my NAT type is open every other game works jus fine but EA games. I wasted 65$ on this **bleep** I can't even pay.Store won't take them game back cause it's opened. So since yous guys made a broken game do u mind refunding my 65$ back ?

Xbox One Users try this:
Go into settings then advanced network settings and then to Alternate MAC address then hit clear.
Your Xbox will reset, while its resetting. Reset your router, once your router recycles test your multiplayer connection then try to play.
This worked for me, I havent been able to play since around the 4th of July and just fixed it this morning with this method.
Complete joke if you ask me since I was able to play with no problems since release date.
