Where is my Bruce Lee code?

I'm in the same situation.  I contacted Amazon.com regarding the issue and they told me I needed contact EA.  When i called the number that they gave me, The number said we have revamped our customer service go to ea.help.com and then the call was disconnected.  I went to the website and reported my issue and was told I needed to get the code from the retailer.

Talk about a run around.  So back to Amazon and the new rep I talked to reported the issue to their marketing and promotions team and will be about a business day for them to contact me.  Better than waiting on hold, but this is definatley not worth some code that should have been delivered in the first place.  I guess big companies like this don't really care anyway, so not gonna pre order an EA game again. 

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a bad experience with this, The codes should have been granted by the retailer.

If you've been playing career mode it's worth noting that he Bruce Lee can be unlocked by beating it on Pro or higher, so if you're close you might want to just do it that way.

That still doesn't solve the problem of us not receiving the code when we've pre-ordered.

There has to be something EA can do to rectify this situation. 

Some people don't care to play career mode to unlock Bruce Lee.

i pre-ordered it mainly because the Bruce Lee hype, and i am too not getting the code when i pre-ordered from Amazon. feel terrible about this.

and Amazon said there is no such promotion from them,  so we who pre-ordered are pretty much stuck between EA and Amazon, helpless!

Is this Amazon.com / .ca ? As in North America? They definitely had the offer. 

amazon.ca in my case. contacted their CS, told me there was no such promotion offered. going to return it.

I have the same problem but, I pre-ordered from gamestop. I should get Bruce Lee and Royce Gracie.

Hey, checking on this further, while the code should have been granted by the retailer you should contact support who will assist with the missing DLC content, if possible.

You may be prompted for proof of purchase for your region and retailer, so be sure to have an image to hand.
