Actively Fix Track Boundaries and Delete Leaderboard Times that Abuse Them.

Agree! The cheaters need to be purged 😉

Also, I suggested that time trial times with penalties shouldn't count to begin with!

@Solidus-808 I really think treating any and all penalties like a DNF is taking it too far. I think the problem needs to be fixed on the level design side of things.

  In time trial I can see penalties deleting your time. Nowhere else though.
