Better implementation of XP and Rallypass

The only way to earn XP is to return to the main menu after any stage has been driven, particularly in time trial (the simplest way to jump into a car and drive). Myself and some friends spent nearly an hour in time trial doing various stages, but because we didnt return to main menu and wait for the little counter to go up after each drive, only the final stage earnt any XP. This wasn't a case of hitting restart, we were being sent back to the Time Trial menu, and then chose another stage and car from there each time. I feel XP should be earnt with any wheel time . If you want money to be earnt from this BS battlepass style model at least make it useable.
