Setups: should be able to manage their files outside the game, like quick edit and share

Simulatior: In order to have a more sim feel... get rid of those flags that wave at the road,

And like in DR2 as mentioned, breakable or moldable fences, posts (in DR2 were dynamic, connected to electric cables WOW), mail boxes, traffic signs, etc.
