Can we get clarification on what "general improvements" were made in 1.3?

The 1.3 path notes look great, apart from the very vague addition of "Made a number of User Interface improvements" or "Fixed a number of issues" used throughout that don't help anyone figure out what exactly has been changed or tweaked in this area.

As I've just updated the game and gone to check it out, I don't see any general improvements upon a first look. For example:

-Usability improvements to the livery editor.
-Fixed issue where builder car mirrors weren't paintable.

What specifically? It all looks and behaves the same to me and if by "fixed" you mean completely blanked out the option to click the paint mirrors button, sure... fixed...

That's naming just two I've looked at in a few minutes. These patch notes are so vague that I'm not sure anyone knows what you've tweaked or fixed outside of the notes that specifically mention what you're fixing. Can we get any clarification on these "User Interface improvements" and "number of fixes"?

@Kona_uk I guess they had to release what they had. It's only 1 WRC round remaining (Japan) in the season. Otherwise 2023 would be gone with it's licencing for the year, promotions and etc..

@RolkaWRC Release what they had!! Every asset used is at minimum 5yrs old except new cars which take at most a few hours to map and add. Stop making excuses for this money grabbing company. The longer stages just add a few more left and rights of the same rocks etc its just a random map editor used.

Cars got less jumpy, with more pridectable sliding, handbrake and ABS started working. Grip levels feels more. Or is it my imagination..? 🤔
Also better situation with frame rates (series X), but still not perfect.
Graphics might be the same, but I don't care much about it, coz I don't see details when flying on the stage anyway.
Judging by the. Umber of times I was spat off a cliff today, while going about 3kph, I don't think car behaviour is any better.

So they should have waited, fixed the game and released it with a new season. The controllability of the cars is the last thing they should solve, first they should fix the game so it doesn't crash, fix the livery editor, optimize it as much as possible.
With more money from EA they make worster game as DR2.0 !!

@Kona_uk I'm saying overall for me WRC is better than DR2. Better modes, better Career, better cars, more fun handling, better force feedback, better audio, longer and better special stages. The only thing I don't like is the lighting which I had to turn down to 20.
