I'll add one to this - the ability to control what type of tyres and how many tyres are allocated for a rally. The current system is horrendous, it'll give you 2 sets of dry tyres and 9 or whatever sets of wet tyres for a rally with 10 dry stages and one wet stage. It's totally unrealistic and very frustrating.
