Difficulty - Add to 0-100 a reference of real WRC times or explanation needed

Hi. It would be great to have a explanation on difficulty bar and put numbers with reference of real times of WRC.

example:

0-40 easy: AI makes an average of + 60 seg of real WRC possible times per stage

41-70 medium AI makes an average of + 30 seg of real WRC possible times per stage

71-90 hard:  AI makes an average of + 10 seg of real WRC possible times per stage

91-95: AI make real WRC rally times

+95 insane - 20 seg

As a family guy with litlle time, i dont care play online. As many of us I only play offline, but when i win, i dont know who i won. I dont have reference to say if i´m fast or slow.
