EA Play subscription but not able to download WRC 24 (case : #257998484)
Hi everyone,
I have an active EA Play subscription on my Indian PS5 account. According to EA Support, EA SPORTS WRC 24 is included in EA Play India, but I'm unable to access the game.
The PlayStation Store shows a "Game" button instead of "Download" and still displays a purchase option.
I contacted EA Support and spent nearly 3 hours troubleshooting. I tried:
- Restoring licenses
- Restarting my PS5 multiple times
- Checking the EA Play Playlist
- Using the PlayStation mobile app
- Following all troubleshooting steps provided by EA Support
None of these worked.
EA Support acknowledged this as a bug and reported it to their development team, but couldn't provide a case reference beyond my support case #257998484 or an ETA.
I subscribed to EA Play specifically to play this game. Is anyone else facing this issue in India? Can EA or PlayStation investigate and resolve this?
