Feedback and Suggestion Thread

Hello, the game is amazing as of currently, but with the livery editor you can make a car look beautiful but my only issue is not being able to change the plates, or remove them entirely. Just to add a personal touch to your car would be nice.

I'm hearing that there are no random events in this game, is that true? This is a big deal, it was already in Dirt Rally 2.0 and bring more immersion and life to the game, so why is not in this game? even KT Racing games had it. I can understand that the special stages are missing in thsi game, but random events there is no excuse. Please add or bring back this feature to this game in a later patch or something. 

Hi guys!  Over the moon for you all finally getting this out.  Driven a few stages this AM and it feels great! 

 I ran an Historic Rallying Club on DR2 and will be doing in WRC again and have just been reading your notes re Clubs. Would it be possible to make Clubs multi-class events, if not this title but future titles?  It's great being able to have class winners as well as overall ones.  

At the moment I have to setup individual clubs for each car class and use an excel macro to port it all together. Would be great if it could be done in future games and add a whole new dimension to clubs.

The Historic Sim Rallying Club 

@EA_Vendcera  In Dirt Rally 2, when we selected Manual H Pattern + Clutch this would only count for cars that actually use this transmission pattern, and the sequential cars would still shift sequentially.

It was added in a post-launch patch, since for some reason, it also shipped without it.

This should be added to WRC as well, it's such a simple thing but adds so much quality of life to the game.

Regarding the livery editor, I think there should be an option to mirror a decal or logo so you don't have to manually position it on each side of the car. It would also be great to have some kind numerical measurement to help with adjusting the position of decals etc.

In photo mode the sensitivity when moving the camera seems a little too high.

A small thing, but it would be cool if we could have the onboard camera that occassionally shows up in replays as a permanent option.

You've really pulled it out the bag with this, loving how it drives so far!

A couple of things from me:

1. Clubs - Any chance we can select multiple classes for club events?  I run an Historic Rally Championship and we've always had to make one club per car class then use an excel macro to port them all together?  Any chance we could just choose multiple classes in one club and give overall and class awards?

2. Livery editor - When you change the colour of the nova, the spotlamp pod covers stay white which is great, but on other cars, the spot lamp pod covers turn the same colour as the car.  Any chance we can customise light pod cover colour/just keep them white?

3. Pedal deadzone alteration - I might be missing this, but I cannot for the life of me find the settings to alter deadzone for clutch and brake etc.

Please, for steering wheel users, make it where we can see the steering wheel rotation before the race launch, or enable feedback and auto center before racing. It's infuriating to have to pay special attention to this because there is no visual indication of rotation from steering column or wheels. (Edit: ffb now works for me before the race starts! yee yee)

Possibility of saving replays.

Manual with Clutch / Sequential where the car denotes which shifting system you use like DR2.0.

Dynamic or fixed wheel rotation where either you set it yourself as a fixed value for all cars or it replicates what the original car had, also like DR2.0.

Telemetry needs to make a return so I can use my rig fully.
