I am facing this issue on the PS5 as well. Dirt Rally 2.0 is the best. EA WRC should fix this lag issue. Make it 1080p but this lag is so poor that sometimes you lose a lot of seconds. No point in driving like this. 

Still lagging in Jan 2025 with all the updates on PS5
