I would suggest to have a extra options for weather conditions om Time Trials. For example Monte Carlo has only dry and wet not winter conditions as a classic Monte Carlo with ice as is on Championsh...

To add, Sweden has only dry and it should have full snow as the second alternative.
Totally agree with Monte, needs the icy conditions and can do without the wet!
