  • A good FOV calculator honestly makes a huge difference for gamers and content creators, especially when switching between different resolutions or aspect ratios. Manual calculations can get confusing really fast if you’re trying to match sensitivity or camera settings across games. I’ve started using browser-based tools more often because they save time and give instant results without installing extra software. If anyone here prefers quick and simple utilities, this instant calculator is pretty useful for fast calculations.

    I think you have to remove 15% or 20% to have a correct rendering and comparable to other simulations, for example my calculated FOV is 40° vertical, if I play at 34°, or 32 in the game's FOV slider, it seems realistic to me

  • I don't think this is correct. I use 32 deg vfov, which the calculator says is 29 for EA WRC. Visually compared to other games, that is way too high. Somewhere around 15 is more right.

    Hi, this fov is for hfov, but what's the solution for hfov? please

    @JvitmaVery easy, and simple. 2 in game = 1° fov.
    0 = 18°, 100 = 68°
    e.g. If you need 38° fov, then you need 40 in game.
    If you need 46° fov, then you need 56 in game.

    So the formula is (your_needed_fov_in_degrees - 18) x 2 = number_you_must_set_in_game

    What a weird way of implementing it. Can we just set the value in degrees please, EA?
