Free Roam mode

@tookue Definitely a must have feature. Now you can't even set the seat position , because of annoying countdown begins

- @mesasartworks I want this free roam feature to come back too, but in terms of seating position, you can actually it before the countdown. The countdown doesn't start until you pull the handbrake.
