The new game runs on Unreal 5. How can it look so bad in comparison? Is that EA didn´t put enough money into it? It really looks like it didn´t.
I prebought this game to see a brand new rally game with next gen graphics and what I´m going to do is to continue playing Dirt rally 2. Just a Waste of my money. Very sad.
For the good part, the new game runs well and feels good. It´s just how it looks. This shouldn´t happen.

I agree with everything you've said, except for one thing: This game DOES NOT run on Unreal Engine 5. This has been covered numerous times by Codies, and I genuinely don't understand how people keep getting this wrong. EA WRC runs on Unreal Engine 4 version 4.27.2. It seems everyone got this misinformation from a VG247 article that decided to just make the claim without actually bothering to ask the person they were interviewing.
