I haven't collected more than half of the items from past EA WRC seasons ahead of EA WRC 24. If there's a way to collect them all, please let me know.

Nope there gone, maybe in the future the items you missed will come up again but for now if you dont finish the season pass you miss out on what you didnt unlock
