Let us disable Eye Adaptation feature to fix the issues with brightness
In-car cameras suffer from outside world overexposure. This is because of the "Eye Adaptation" feature. Sadly, because of this we often cannot see the read properly in the day stages. Setting r.EyeAdapationQuality=0 in the Engine.ini breaks rendering for some reason. We don't need auto exposure, we would need more dynamic range compression.
Please, let us disable this feature (maybe even on consoles?) to help us with this aspect of the game. We don't need to fake the Eye behavior as it doesn't work properly in this setting. HDR helps only partly, as the higher dynamic range reduces the effect somewhat. It's still undesirable though as it should be completely gone for HDR displays. That's what HDR is for.
This will completety fix the issues with brightess that are reported everywhere.
