Monte Carlo/ Small Improvements

Comparing onboard runs of the Monte Carlo tracks to their in game counterparts, there is a lot more foliage lining the roads in the full Monte stages, and the pavement is much darker in real life whereas it is almost the same gray color as the dirt beside the road in game. I think also the doughnut from the beggining of the "Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes - La Bâtie-Neuve 1" should be added. 

There is also way too little snow and ice during the winter season in Monte, snow banks and ice line the entirity of the stage in KR's run even if the black ice only starts a portion of the way up the mountain. In comparison to Lefebvre's run where there is much less snow and ice it would just be nice to have the option to add the extra challenge of having a setting closer to that of DiRT 2.0's representation of the same portion of the "La Bollène-Vésubie - Col de Turini" stage.

As is it feels like monte is a little lacking in love, I think some slight improvements to the road coloring, foliage density in certain areas, snow and ice during the winter season would dramatically improve the feeling of the Monte Carlo stages. Unrelated to that, Adding the light towers and used irl to the beginning and ending of the stages, so during stage runs at night or in the dark the stewards aren't all standing around in the dark waiting for the player to come through the stage. Can there also be a real night time option, the ones currently available always keep the sky lit as if the sun just set for whatever reason. It would be nice to have a fully midnight-esque time option so the headlights are more important. Almost every stage can be run at the darkest option without the use of the headlights because the stages are still light.
