No torque at low rpm

We need more engine torque.

Most rally car has antilag and restrictor.
The car produces maximum torque at low rpm and don't use high rpm much.
But sometimes, I hesitate to use 2nd gear for hairpin turn because it's easy to stall.
Some cars even stall at the start of the stage.

I'm struggling this problem.
