online mode

The game has been out for quite some time now, yet there have been no improvements to the multiplayer mode. Players who join a lobby can only wait in the lobby until the previous match ends. If they're unlucky, they might have to wait for up to twenty minutes. Why can't subsequent players who enter the lobby spectate the ongoing match? Additionally, why isn't there an option in multiplayer mode for players to decide whether to display other players' ghost? I use the in-car view cannot see my own livery, and other players in multiplayer mode cannot see it either, which makes the livery feature seem quite useless.
