Optimize game for longer rallies

I'm sure these suggestions have been said previously, but I want to raise them again to get a bit more awareness.

We have a club where we are running longer, more realistic rallies (15+ stages), but the game is not optimized for that. The two biggest issues are:

Tyre allocation:

We get way too few tire sets. It would be nice if we could have at least a bit more available or, even better, adjust the number of sets available per rally.

Gearbox and brake damage:

If we want realistic service times, it's hard to achieve, as it seems like gearbox and brake damage is on a timer. No matter how you drive, each service requires replacing a gearbox (20 mins) and brakes (8 mins). Essentially making short/medium services useless as you'll have to spend the time replacing gearbox and breaks, which leaves you without any time to replace other parts.

(Extra) Track degradation per stage:

It would be more realistic if we can set the track deg specific to each stage. In the first loop, it makes sense that the track deg is light, but if we run the same stages again, there should be a bigger track deg, since the cars have been driving on that road already.
