Option to remove additional night lights

I’d like to see an option that allows you to remove (or add if you choose) the additional night lights from your car. Some cars have a style of light that reduces your visibility of the road way more than it offers you from the additional light they provide. 

Maybe even have different style options available for the builder cars too, like some that are mounted on the front of the car/bumper rather than just on the bonnet.
