Pedals should not be reflected in windscreen, need seperate options

First of all, windscreen reflections are still way too ugly at anything below epic settings, whilst anything above medium hammers performance. 

However, it doesn't help when stuff is being shown in windscreen reflections that should never be there. Pedals being the prime example - these should never be seen, because there's a dashboard in the way!!

This needs to be removed, it is a complete nonsense inclusion.

Then windscreen reflections needs to be reviewed. Perhaps it needs a seperate option so that we can increase the resolution without at the same time increasing exterior body reflections, which is presumably what makes things taxing on performance. If interior reflections is somehow taxing on performance, then we need an option to turn them off. Given the option between ugly low res and bizarre reflections, costing performance, and none, i'd take none every time.
