Rally itinerary UI improvements

Few suggestions to make the whole experience a little better:

• option to display a rally itinerary as a list, so one can have a quick overview of how long a leg is, how many services there are compared to tyre sets available, weather on the stages for example and if you want more details, you click on a stage and it expands to show more infos (probably the most important in this list) behold my Excel skills below, instead of words you can also use symbols obviously but I just wanted to get the idea across

• show surface composition for stages similar to how it was done in the Dirt Rally games, i.e. tell me how much is tarmac, ice or snow on Monte stages for example
