It should be plug and play. I had no issues with mine. If you want to use the TH8A shifter, you need to connect it to the wheelbase instead of usb. Otherwise the shifter is not recognised. In the past I used 4th gear as a handbrake, but it still is a on/off experience like using a button. Later I bought a TSS handbrake mod, which give more control for the amount of slide you need.

Ok, thanks for the replies, I've been busy with other stuff and forgot about this. First thing I did after it not working was updating the firmware.
I have TH8A, I guess I'l have to bind handbreak to a button. Why doesn't it work directly plugged into the USB, and if I do this wheelbase connection will it still work on PC (iRacing)?
I'll guess I'll have to give it another go soon.
