Why can't we have a REALISTIC option that will change gearbox type based on our periphericals?. Why i need to change between MANUAL for realistic GROUP A experience and SEQUENTIAL for RALLY1?. Is not...

I couldn't find anything, where is it?
Go to the option where you select hpattern / sequential and its the last option under that setting (i.e the one after sequential)
